The challenge
Real company (Beni Suef, 13 years, 3 projects) with consistent ad spend but digital funnel breaks at conversion: website link = Google Form (2025), no landing page, 1 page review.
A real company. Thirteen years in the market. Three projects. Spending on Meta ads regularly.
And the website listed everywhere opens a Google Form. A form from a conference in September 2025.
Not a landing page. Not a website. A free form with no branding and no tracking.
That's what makes this case painful, because the company isn't a beginner.
The audit ran across two days, 6 and 7 August 2026, on live sources: the page, the reels, the Meta Ad Library, the website, Instagram and competitors. Everything in it can be re-verified.
Health score: 31 out of 100.
What follows from it, in order?
No pixel can be installed at all, because there's no owned domain. Every live ad, and the Ad Library confirms they're live, sends people to a form that cannot see who entered and who left. There's no remarketing audience whatsoever, so anyone who saw the ad and didn't submit their details is gone permanently. Three projects appear by name in the ads, with no way to know which project a lead came from. And the page carries one review. Thirteen years of work and one review.
Add it up: 100% of the cost of attention goes into a form, and no data comes back.
The company buys attention every day and donates it.
The first and only fix that changes anything: an owned landing page on the company's own domain, carrying a full pixel, with a separate form per project. Before more budget goes into advertising.
Because everything else, better creative, bigger budget, an offer, stops at the form. You can't improve what you can't see.
This is an external diagnosis rather than executed work, and every observation in it comes from a public source that can be opened and checked.
Some companies spend for years on ads while measuring nothing. The problem isn't the brand or the ad. There's simply nowhere for the lead to go.
