Data Deletion Instructions — Last updated: 2026-10-18
GP MAX ("we") stores a small amount of data when you interact with our Facebook Page GP MAX, our Instagram account GP MAX, or our free tools at https://gpmax.vercel.app/tools/. This page explains exactly what we hold and how to have it deleted.
1. What data we hold about you
| Data | Where it is stored | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your public profile name (as shown on your comment or message) | n8n Data Table leads (field: name) | to address you when replying |
| Platform user ID (Page-scoped / Instagram-scoped ID) | n8n leads + our Neon database | to send you the private reply |
| Comment ID and post ID | n8n leads, fb_comments_seen, reply_queue; Neon dedupe records | to reply to your exact comment and prevent duplicate replies |
| Your comment text / the keyword you wrote | n8n leads (field: keyword) | to know which tool you asked for |
| Timestamps | n8n leads | service records |
| Your private messages to us | n8n conversation log | to continue the chat inside Meta's 24-hour window |
| Tool-form data (name, WhatsApp number, business type, tool answer) — only if you submitted it | n8n leads / CRM | to send the tool result and follow up if you opted in |
We keep interaction records for up to 24 months, then delete them automatically.
2. How to delete your data
Option A — Remove the app (for Facebook/Messenger data):
- Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find GP MAX Tools → tick it → Remove.
- When Meta asks whether to delete your activity with the app, choose Delete. This sends a deletion request to us, and we delete everything listed in section 1 within 30 days.
Option B — Email us:
Send an email to hello@gpmax.agency (from any email is fine; mention the name/profile you used) with the subject "Delete my data". We delete all records tied to you within 30 days and reply with a confirmation.
Option C — Instagram:
DM us the word "DELETE" on Instagram, or email hello@gpmax.agency. Same 30-day handling.
To check the status of a deletion request: email hello@gpmax.agency with the subject "Data deletion status" and we will confirm in a reply whether your data has been deleted.
3. What we delete
Everything in section 1: your name, platform IDs, comment/message records, keyword matches, and tool-form data. Server log entries are anonymised or deleted within 90 days. We keep nothing "in backups" beyond our standard 30-day backup rotation, after which backups overwrite.
4. What we do not hold
We never collected: your email from Meta, your friends list, your location, your browsing history, or any data about people who never interacted with our Page/Instagram/site.
Contact for any data request: GP MAX — hello@gpmax.agency
Apps and Websites.
GP MAX — hello@gpmax.agency
