These terms govern your use of the website https://gpmax.vercel.app (including its free tools), our Facebook Page GP MAX, our Instagram account GP MAX, and the messaging you receive from us through them. By using the site, commenting on our posts, or messaging us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

GP MAX is a marketing agency ("GP MAX", "we"). Contact: hello@gpmax.agency.

2. Free tools

• The tools at gpmax.vercel.app/tools/ are provided free of charge, "as is", for estimation and education. Outputs are indicative calculations, not guarantees of results, and are not financial or advertising advice.
• You submit data (name, WhatsApp number, business type, tool inputs) voluntarily. We use it to run the tool and, where you opted in, to follow up with you. See the Privacy Policy for storage and deletion.
• You may not submit another person's data, scrape the tools at scale, or resell them.

3. Automated replies on Facebook and Instagram

• When you comment a keyword on our posts, our automation ("GP MAX Tools", a Meta-approved app) sends one public reply and one private message (Private Reply) containing the link to the tool you asked for. This is a response to your own comment — we never message you first.
• Continued conversation happens only within Meta's 24-hour messaging window. We do not send promotional messages outside that window.
• You can stop receiving our messages at any time by replying "STOP" (or not replying at all — we do not re-message outside the window), or by asking us at hello@gpmax.agency.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: spam our posts or DMs, use automated systems to interact with our Page/Instagram, submit harmful or illegal content, or attempt to breach our systems. We may remove comments that are spam, offensive, or off-topic — standard Page moderation.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, tool logic, templates, and guides are owned by GP MAX. You may share links to them freely; you may not copy or resell the tools or content as your own.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and tools are provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GP MAX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the site, the tools, or reliance on their outputs. Decisions you take based on our tools or content are yours.

7. Third-party platforms

Interactions on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp are also governed by the respective platform terms (Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Terms) and data policies. We are not responsible for platform-side changes, outages, or decisions (for example Meta App Review or rate limits affecting delivery).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date.

9. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights where you live.
