تعليمات حذف البيانات — آخر تحديث: 2026-10-18
GP MAX («إحنا») بنخزّن كمية صغيرة من البيانات لما تتفاعل مع صفحة فيسبوك GP MAX أو حساب إنستجرام GP MAX أو أدواتنا المجانية على https://gpmax.vercel.app/tools/. الصفحة دي بتشرح بالظبط إيه اللي عندنا، وإزاي تحذفه.
١. البيانات اللي عندنا عنك

بنحتفظ بسجلات التفاعل لمدة ٢٤ شهر كحد أقصى وبعدين نحذفها تلقائياً.
٢. إزاي تحذف بياناتك
الطريقة الأولى — شيل التطبيق (لبيانات فيسبوك/ميسنجر):
- فيسبوك ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← Apps and Websites.
- دوّر على GP MAX Tools ← علّم عليه ← Remove.
- لما ميتا يسألك تتمسح نشاطك مع التطبيق؟ اختار Delete. ده بيبعتلنا طلب حذف، وبنمسح كل اللي في القسم ١ خلال ٣٠ يوم.
الطريقة التانية — إيميل:
ابعت على hello@gpmax.agency (من أي إيميل؛ اكتب الاسم/البروفايل اللي استخدمته) بموضوع «Delete my data». بنمسح كل بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يوم ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.
الطريقة التالتة — إنستجرام:
ابعتلنا DM بكلمة «DELETE» على إنستجرام، أو ابعت إيميل hello@gpmax.agency. نفس مدة الـ ٣٠ يوم.
عشان تعرف حالة طلب الحذف: ابعت على hello@gpmax.agency بموضوع «Data deletion status» وهنرد عليك نأكدلك هل بياناتك اتحذفت ولا لسه.
٣. إيه اللي بيتحذف
كل حاجة في القسم ١: اسمك، معرّفاتك من المنصة، سجلات الكومنتات والرسايل، الكلمات المتطابقة، وبيانات فورم الأداة. لوجات السيرفر بتتعمل مجهولة أو تتمسح خلال ٩٠ يوم. مفيش حاجة بتفضل «في باك أب» بعد دورة الباك أب العادية (٣٠ يوم).
٤. إيه اللي عندناش أصلاً
عمرنا ما جمعنا: إيميلك من ميتا، قايمة أصحابك، موقعك الجغرافي، سجل تصفّحك، أو أي بيانات عن ناس ما تفاعلتش مع بيدج/إنستجرام/موقعنا.

Data Deletion Instructions — Last updated: 2026-10-18
GP MAX ("we") stores a small amount of data when you interact with our Facebook Page GP MAX, our Instagram account GP MAX, or our free tools at https://gpmax.vercel.app/tools/. This page explains exactly what we hold and how to have it deleted.
1. What data we hold about you

We keep interaction records for up to 24 months, then delete them automatically.
2. How to delete your data
Option A — Remove the app (for Facebook/Messenger data):
- Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find GP MAX Tools → tick it → Remove.
- When Meta asks whether to delete your activity with the app, choose Delete. This sends a deletion request to us, and we delete everything listed in section 1 within 30 days.
Option B — Email us:
Send an email to hello@gpmax.agency (from any email is fine; mention the name/profile you used) with the subject "Delete my data". We delete all records tied to you within 30 days and reply with a confirmation.
Option C — Instagram:
DM us the word "DELETE" on Instagram, or email hello@gpmax.agency. Same 30-day handling.
To check the status of a deletion request: email hello@gpmax.agency with the subject "Data deletion status" and we will confirm in a reply whether your data has been deleted.
3. What we delete
Everything in section 1: your name, platform IDs, comment/message records, keyword matches, and tool-form data. Server log entries are anonymised or deleted within 90 days. We keep nothing "in backups" beyond our standard 30-day backup rotation, after which backups overwrite.
4. What we do not hold
We never collected: your email from Meta, your friends list, your location, your browsing history, or any data about people who never interacted with our Page/Instagram/site.
