Real ROAS after COD returns

Platform ROAS counts orders that never turn into cash. See the return you actually keep after confirmations and returns.

Real ROAS

—

Real ROAS = platform ROAS × confirmation rate × (1 − return rate). Only the orders that get confirmed and not returned become cash.

Assumptions: Return rate is measured on confirmed orders. Illustrative example: platform 4x, 70% confirmed, 20% returned → 2.24x real.
